Our Approach

Our objective is to tailor an individualized treatment program for each individual. Thomas M. Brod, M.D. is a Board Certified psychiatrist; however he prescribes many forms of treatment. As a rule, medication is prescribed only when needed to augment other treatments. Self-regulation is our ideal, and we aim to help patients get there with a number of training programs, including biofeedback and brain-wave (EEG) neurofeedback as well as intensive psychotherapy when indicated.
